The Beacon Church Greeter Team is here to make sure everyone enters into the threshold of the church safely and happily. Each service, members of the team are positioned in strategic locations around the parking lot, helping families park and cross the street, giving directions and offering a warm welcome to all visitors. The Greeter Team also serves as an initial contact point for questions and needs, as well as providing a friendly face for all to see as they enter the church. It is our mission to ensure that everyone feels welcomed, accepted and appreciated from the moment they arrive at The Beacon Church. By serving with a spirit of excellence, we make sure that every guest experiences gracious hospitality and love upon entering.

At The Beacon Church, our Guest Services team is commited to providing an outstanding experience for all visitors. From the moment they arrive at our facility, we strive to make them feel welcome and comfortable while they enjoy the amazing worship experiences we offer. Our Guest Service team works hard to ensure that each guest has a positive experience during their visit with us. They can be found in the lobby area to answer any questions and provide directions to guests. The team assists with checking-in guests for events, and providing information about the church's ministries throughout the facility. Our Guest Services staff is here to serve our visitors and make sure they have everything they need for an enjoyable experience.

Our Hospitality Team is dedicated to providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all those attending the church. The team works hard to ensure that everyone feels comfortable entering the building whether it is for a service or a special event. They are also responsible for setting up and maintaining any food and beverage stations throughout the facility. From ensuring there are enough snacks and beverages for everyone to organizing seating arrangments, the Hospitality Team is always prepared and willing to help out. The Hospitality Team also plays an important role in specials events like, conferences, worship nights, weddings and funerals. They truly go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that everyone feels at home.

The Connect Team is to ensure care, community and connection to the guests and members of The Beacon Church. It is the responsibility of this team to assist the leaders by praying for our guests and members at the end of a service/gathering and inviting them to take the next steps in salvation. This team also serves as part of the assimilation process by supporting our members through the completion of our Light Course. This team is equipped to provide the information necessary to help our members transition effectiviely into our church family.

The Purpose of the Personal Assistant Team is to provide the personal aid and support necessary in serving the Pastors of The Beacon Church. The PA Team minister to and care for the first families and guests so that they are free to give themselve wholeheartedly to the work of ministry. PA's ensure that minor encumbraces and foxes that spoil the vine (Songs of Songs 2:15) don't distract leadership from the God given assignments.ws

The Events Team is a group of dedicated individuals who focus solely on creating and facilitating the vision of the senior leaders with memorable experiences for all members. They strive to create an atmosphere that fosters relationships, sparks conversations, and encourages spiritual growth. The team works hard to ensure that every service and event goes smoothly as possible while catering to the needs of the church community. From planning and executing large-scale events to hosting small group gatherings, the Events Team is always looking for ways to make church life more meaningful. Whether it is a special occasion or an ordinary day, they are committed to finding new ways to bring joy and fellowship into the lives of The Beacon Church family.

The Beacon Church Dream Team is a group of photographers who volunteer their time and skills to capture special moments at all services and events hosted by The Beacon Church. Our Dream Team members are passionate about telling the stories of our church community through photos that bring life and emotion to any occasion. We strive to create meaningful images that document the spirit and energy of each event and service, so that our members can look back and remember the good times. At The Beacon Church, we have an amazing production/media team who help to create a cheerful atmosphere for our services every week. This team serves by providing technical support and sound engineering, live audio and video streaming and capturing visuals of all our events. They take it upon themselves to make the worship experience more enjoyable and engaging for those attending whether virtually or in person. Our production/media team is always looking for energetic, creative and talented individuals to join and serve with them. The Social Media Team at The Beacon Church exists to serve the church by helping to spread the gospel and engage with members, visitors, and potential members. We manage Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and other social media platforms in order to connect with those in our community and around the world. Our team is responsible for creating content that conveys our mission and values, interacting with followers in an authentic way, and growing our presence online. Through our social media channels, we strive to make The Beacon Church a vibrant and inviting place for all. We hope to create meaningful connections that will lead more people to discover Jesus Christ. 

The Health and Wellness Team at The Beacon Church is dedicated to serving the community by promoting physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. We strive to provide members of our church with educational opportunities to learn about healthy lifestyles and create an environment where individuals can connect with each other in meaningful ways. Our team focuses on providing information and resources for topics such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, mental health, substance use, spiritual wellness, and overall wellness. We are committed to creating an atmosphere that encourages individuals to take charge of their well-being and make positive changes for a healthy lifestyle. We believe that together we can help create a healthier world by inspiring others to live life to its fullest potential. The Worship Team at The Beacon Church is a group of volunteers dedicated to serving their community through music. This enthusiastic team of singers/musicians are committed to providing an uplifting atmosphere in which congregants can feel inspired and connected to the Lord through worshipful songs. In addition to leading congregational singing, the team plays during special events and services. The Worship Team is always looking for new members who share their enthusiasm for music, worship, and serving the Lord. The Little Lights (Nursery) Dream Team of The Beacon Church serves the youngest members of our family, ages 0-4 years old. This team focuses on creating a safe and fun environment for all who visit. If you enjoy working with young children and have an enthusiasm for providing them with quality care, then this is the perfect fit! The Beacon Church Dream Team is a dedicated, passionate team of volunteers who help to support Kids Konnect, the children’s ministry at The Beacon Church. Our team works with kids ages pre-K through 5th grade and provides them with an amazing opportunity to learn about Jesus through fun activities, games, music and Bible stories. We strive to create a safe and positive learning environment, where children can explore their faith and grow in their relationship with God. Our team looks forward to partnering with parents on this amazing journey of faith for each child. The Beacon Church's Dream Team is our student ministry with a mission to provide an environment where students in grades 6th through high school can learn and grow in their relationship with God. We believe that each student has the potential to make a lasting impact on the world, and it is our goal to help them unlock the gifts they have inside of them to do so. Our Dream Team meets every Wednesday and provides an evening full of fun, worship, teaching, and small group conversations. We prioritize connection and discussion in our groups as we strive for the students to engage with God's Word in a meaningful way that speaks to their individual experiences. In addition to Wednesday nights, students have the opportunity to attend various retreats and events throughout the year such as Sunday morning services, summer camp, leadership training sessions, and youth-led projects. We believe that by connecting our students with quality experiences in an atmosphere of love and acceptance, we can help them reach their full potential and become lifelong followers of Jesus Christ.
